Health, Safety & Environment (Mining, Resources & Energy)Full timeThe RoleHSE Advisor - Barrow Island (2/2 FIFO)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.Lead safety training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of safety among team members.Collaborate with management and employees to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures.Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and present reports on HSE performance and initiatives to senior management.Skills & ExperienceRelevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE advisory roles within the resources or construction sector.Strong knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and safety-focused work environment.The chance to make a positive impact on the health and safety culture of our operations.About Toll PeopleToll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
