This position is one to excite as we are looking for someone to come on board and help create the future of Saltbush Safety.This position is offered on a 8/6 Residential Kalgoorlie/Kambalda role, based at our Mount Monger Operations with Adhoc site travel required to our other Goldfields Operations, Perth Operations and Mid-West Operations.DUTIES INCLUDEDThe continuous development of current health and safety management systemsDevelopment of supporting material for the effective implementation of the health and safety management systemActively participate and coach operational leadership in the implementation of Hazard Identification and Injury Risk ReductionProvide assistance and guidance to operational leadership for the investigation of incidents and accidents and report and record in a timely mannerComplete quality data analysis to identify trends to support operational leadership in identifying focus areasActively participate in mentoring and coaching of operational personnel to establish a sustained safety cultureParticipate in risk assessments and JHA's for projects as requiredMaintain effective record keeping and document control proceduresRepresenting the business at relevant industry events.ESSENTIAL CRITERIAThis could be a perfect opportunity for a safety professional looking for their next step in career.
