In this role, you will lead and take responsibility for the overall Collections activities performed by frontline staff in line with HSBC Policy and Procedural requirements as well as all regulatory obligations related to the Collections Department.
You will report to the Senior Manager Quality Assurance and Back Office directly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving the performance of the collections team with a focus on customer and operational integrity.
Conducting independent reviews of the quality assurance activities to ensure inherent risk associated with products and service offerings.
Providing trend analysis and insights to the business on opportunities to improve their quality outputs and staff development.
Demonstrating the ability to build strong working relationships and rapport with an offshore team and key stakeholders.
Monitoring required remediation to protect the bank and/or our customers.
Exhibiting strong written and presentation skills.
Ensuring Collections Policies are documented, up to date, and reflect necessary Regulatory Compliance requirements.
