Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Are you passionate about HR technology and systems integration? We're looking for a skilled HRIS Officer to join us on a 2-year fixed term contract to provide essential support for our new HRIS - Dayforce. In this newly created role, you will be the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and continuous system improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing expert advice on HR processes and technology systems.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues that arise both pre and post system implementation.
Collaborate with the IT Team to automate and integrate systems, ensuring efficient HR data management across platforms.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for operational teams, helping users navigate and maximise system potential.
Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain documentation for process mapping, business analysis, and system enhancements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity while supporting compliance with legislative requirements.
About You:
Significant experience in supporting HR systems with expertise in troubleshooting and providing solutions.
Dayforce experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and report generation.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical users.
Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with IT, HR, and Payroll teams, delivering high-level customer service and support.
Detail-oriented, ensuring data governance and maintaining the confidentiality of HR data.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
