Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for organization and a positive, open mindset? We are looking for a mature Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you bring strong mathematical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you!Due to strong and sustained business growth with a team of over 350, we currently have an opportunity for a full-time HR Administrator/Payroll Relief to provide administrative support and assist in other HRD activities. The business is focused on working toward HR Best Practice to support our expansion, with people and culture being pivotal to this. You will principally provide high level support across HR functions, but also work with Payroll when necessary, in this highly confidential role where attention to detail and pride in a job well done is paramount.Responsibilities

Reporting to the HRD Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;Providing administrative/coordination, and at times Leave, support across HRD and Payroll.Assisting in recruitment activities such as coordinating advertising, reviewing candidates, background checks, scheduling /conducting testing and interviews, preparing employment documentation and facilitating onboardingProviding support to supervisors and managers in HR related mattersGeneralist administration relating to personnel file management, performance reviews and correspondenceDealing with sensitive and confidential informationMaintaining employee (including our PALM Staff) and contractor recordsAssisting with ad hoc activities and projectsOccasional driving to Melbourne to support our facility thereAdministrative Support: Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.Coordination: Assist with project management, meeting coordination, and maintaining office suppliesSkills & Experience

Proven experience in office administration or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of office procedures.Mathematical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and common office software.Attributes:
