Due to growth and new acquisitions, a newly created role has become available for a HR BP to underpin people growth, development and operations for their NSW business entity.
You'll directly assist the local General Manager and Australian Head of HR to continue to build and retain a culture of strong, positive and motivated team members, providing HR related support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders across multiple states as well as being a key driver of employee engagement across the Nation.

About you Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be a positive and enthusiastic person, someone that loves driving and influencing leaders, management and team members to achieve business outcomes.
Come with great experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor or HR BP or People and Culture partner for 4 years or more.Hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline.Come from industries employing a complement of white and blue-collar workforce including warehousing, transport, import/export, manufacturing or construction industries or similar.Proficient with HR systems and platforms to produce reporting and ability to optimize data.The flexibility to travel interstate from time to time.
