Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) Position: Casual HR Driving Assessor Location: Kalgoorlie Training Centre RIKLAN Emergency Management Services is a proud Goldfields owned and operated company with over 20 years history servicing the mining industry in all facets of Workplace Safety and Emergency Response training.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that safe, competent drivers are obtaining licenses to drive on our roads.
Duties and Responsibilities: Instructing student drivers to competency Completing pre-start checks on vehicles Adhering to Department of Transport practical driving assessment requirements Skills and Experience: Held a valid truck licence for at least 4 years and able to demonstrate competency/experience.
Department of Transport HR Assessor Licence (Desirable although not essential – Riklan will assist the successful applicant with obtaining this licence) To succeed the applicant will need: A sound understanding of the transport industry and Western Australian Road Rules Be based in Kalgoorlie with a permanent address Be reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team Ability to work to a flexible schedule Additional Information: Applicants who possess the ability to train in other licences and/or tickets will be viewed favourably.
