About the Role:

As the HR & Training Manager, you'll join the company's core senior management team and play a pivotal role in guiding their people-centric culture and ensuring their workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to conquer any challenge. You will be the driving force behind talent acquisition, training, and development strategies, leading the way to unleash the full potential of their remarkable team. On offer will be a great remuneration package CIRCA $120K Base + 11% Super and company vehicle.

Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top-tier talent from near and far.Design and implement robust training and development programs that foster continuous growth and upskill the workforce.Develop and manage performance management systems that motivate and engage employees.Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, where diversity thrives and innovation flourishes.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Be a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and open communication.Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required: Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resource ManagementA minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR & Training Advisor or Manager, preferably within the civil construction industry or related sector.Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and best HR practices.A passion for talent acquisition, training, and development, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.Flexibility, adaptability, and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment.Existing Australian work rightsWhat's on Offer for You: A competitive base salary of approximately $120K + 11% Super, commensurate with your experience and expertise.A company vehicle for your daily commute.Work in an inclusive and supportive environment that values your unique strengths and encourages growth.Enjoy the vibrant coastal lifestyle of WA's south west, with easy access to breathtaking beaches, superb wineries, charming cafes, and outdoor adventures.How to Apply:
