About the Role:
As the HR & Training Coordinator, you'll support the company's core senior management team and play a pivotal role in championing their people-centric culture and ensuring their workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to conquer any challenge. You will be the driving force to assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff while ensuring that training systems and databases are updated with accurate data. As the successful HR & Training Coordinator, you will manage various online HR & Training systems in order to claim back government training rebates, and ensure that internal and external systems are updated with required data ahead of mobilisation of staff to new projects on client sites (ie. tickets, qualifications, medicals etc). This role will involve around 50% of your time managing these systems and data entry so it will be essential that you have a knack for using the full Microsoft Office suite, with an affinity or passion for various software systems and databases. This role requires a distinct attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entry and site entry requirements are methodically entered and updated for clients. An excellent salary package CIRCA $100-110K Base + Super will be on offer.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in HR & Training Coordinator or HR&T Advisor roles, or alternatively HR Admin roles involving related database or data entry management responsibilities. Good knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and best HR practices. A passion for talent acquisition, training and development, with a track record of delivering exceptional results on project mobilisation projects. Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with good data entry skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment. Existing Australian work rights, and ideally currently residing in Bunbury or nearby for an easy commute.
