This role requires expertise in managing data across HR systems, focusing on both data accuracy and security in a regulatory-compliant manner. By implementing risk-based approaches and tailoring data governance to the HR domain, you'll help address specific challenges and bridge existing application-level gaps.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Data Governance Strategy: Develop and oversee HR-specific data governance protocols, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements and supporting robust data quality, privacy, and security.Data Stewardship for HR Systems: Establish best practices for managing HR data across critical systems like SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, ServiceNow, and Phenom (Talent CRM), ensuring high standards in data handling, access control, and lifecycle management.AI-Driven Data Enhancements: Follow the AI roadmap, including the introduction of Joule within SuccessFactors and custom-built chatbots, leveraging these tools to optimize data management, improve employee insights, and enhance People Operations workflows.Platform and Reporting Management: Lead the adoption of Collibra as the dedicated data governance platform, establishing governance protocols and promoting the use of Tableau for insightful reporting and HR analytics.Core HR Applications Managed:SuccessFactorsSAP PayrollServiceNowPhenom (Talent CRM)About YouThe ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HR data governance, with hands-on experience ensuring compliance in a sensitive data environment.
