Key Duties: Partner with internal stakeholders to provide adviceIdentify and implement processes and proceduresPartner with stakeholders to facilitate / participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring statutory reporting obligations are adhered toDevelop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.Performance and Conduct ManagementHuman Resource Acquisition and RetentionDeveloping and amending current HR Standards and ProceduresAnalysing and reporting on HR MetricsWhat you will bring!
