About the Role Based at our global headquarters in Adelaide, Santos is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Service Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of all Human Resources applications across the business.
This role is integral to ensuring that third-party HR service providers meet critical service levels and maintain secure, reliable services for Santos' HR operations.
As the owner of key IS service contracts, you will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Key accountabilities include: Oversee the delivery of IS HR Services, managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure service levels, security, and reliability are upheld.Manage IS service contracts, ensuring that contractual obligations, including KPIs, are met.
Be the escalation point between the business, IS, and third-party providers.Drive cost-reduction strategies and optimize resource allocation for HR applications and services, ensuring value for money.Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, security, and licensing regulations and mitigate risk across the HR services landscape.Engage effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to align HR services with evolving business needs.Champion a performance-driven culture, actively identifying opportunities for process improvements and service delivery enhancements.Manage budget and resources efficiently, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability of HR service platforms.About You The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in HR systems, including extensive experience with HR, Payroll, and Timesheeting systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, SAP ERP Timesheeting and Onboarding 2.0.
You will have a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure service levels are met, alongside strong financial management skills to oversee budgets and financial planning for HR applications.
Your ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and third-party vendors will be crucial, as will your experience in integrating HR and Payroll systems for seamless operations.
Strategic thinking is key, as you will develop and maintain an IS strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
Experience across the full HR application lifecycle—implementation, maintenance, and optimization—is highly desirable, as is familiarity with ITIL processes and a proactive, solution-focused approach that drives continuous improvement and innovation.
Ideally, you will be degree qualified or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
