The RoleThe HR Reporting and Recruitment Coordinator provides leadership and direction to the HR Reporting and Recruitment teams.
This incorporates the functions of HR reporting, recruitment, classifications and establishment.
The coordinator establishes and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders through consultation and delivery of innovative strategies relating to HR reporting, establishment and recruitment matters.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have demonstrated experience in delivering innovative, outcomes-based HR reporting, establishment and recruitment services to a range of clients and the ability to effectively provide advice on all establishment and recruitment related matters to client employees.
Your strong conceptual and analytical skills and high level of HR reporting experience and aptitude, will enable you to develop innovative solutions to complex matters.
You will also possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including high-level interpersonal skills to negotiate outcomes in difficult circumstances; and have proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead staff through change, and to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve outcomes.
Furthermore, you will have demonstrated understanding, knowledge and application of legislation, policies, awards and agreements related to establishment and recruitment matters.
