Hr Reporting & Analytics Analyst

The Opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time HR Reporting Analytics Analyst to join our team at Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne.
As a HR Reporting Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for all local HR dashboards and metrics while being a conduit for the use of our enterprise templates and framework.
This role is looking for a HR professional with a strong analytical mindset that has the ability to talk to what is behind the data.
This newly created role will make part of the wider HR function as we drive to support our business through stronger efficiencies driven by proven data.
What you will do? Drive all HR related reporting, including owning local dashboards and metricsBeing a conduit to enterprise HR Digital team in the use of enterprise templates and frameworkProvide trends and insights analysis as well as recommendations to the businessImplement improvements that drive efficiency in work practices and performance incl WFP inputs and outputsAdhoc reporting which include statutory reporting for ABS and WGEAMore About You Experience in Tableau and Power BI toolsDemonstrated capability to identify, implement, and optimize HR technologiesProven ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvementExperience in providing business advice and support based from analytical insights and recommendationsStrong communication skillsDeep analytical mindset that can provide insights that sit behind the dataWorkday experience would be advantageous
