NES Fircroft are working with a WA company seeking a HR Reporting Analyst to join their team.Job Title: HR Reporting AnalystPreferred Start Date: ASAPContract: Initial 3 month contract with potential for a permanent positionHours per week: 38Location: LeedervilleThis role would be suitable for:Someone with some Payroll or HR reporting/data analysis experience; HR generalist background is beneficial.The Team:A highly collaborative function, delivering consistent and effective service to leaders and employees through core people systems, processes, procedures, and reporting.Duties:Responsible for scheduled reporting such as; carrying out regular reporting tasks (weekly and monthly) using our existing work instructions.Managing Reports & Requests: handle requests for people data & information including follow-ups, generate reports using data from one or two data sources.Customer Support: address reporting and systems queries from the shared team inbox; provide first-level systems support, develop QRSs and review and update work instructions.Experience Required:HR background is beneficial.Detail-oriented and enjoy working with data.Proficient in Excel.Skilled at simplifying and clarifying technical information.Responsive, organised, and efficient.If interested, please apply; shortlisting will commence mid-November 2024.BH ID: 286428
