Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Rapid Crushing & Screening Contractors Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with over 46 years of experience in the business of providing service and support to the civil contracting, mining, and resource industries.
The Role: Rapid Crushing & Screening Contractors Pty Ltd requires an experienced HR / Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based in Maddington. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide support to Management in employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, Awards, contracts, and Agreements.Managing the recruitment process, advertising, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, medicals, induction, and onboarding.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and associated documents.Processing of Apprentices and Visa Applications.Coordinate Site Mobilisations, (Flights and Accommodation).Develop and review Human Resource procedures and policies.Coordinate EBA's, provide consistent and accurate advice on Award and Agreement interpretation, Manage any Industrial Relations (IR) issues.Liaise with labour hire agencies, negotiate agreements and be the main point of contact.Minimum Requirements: Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources.Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in HR in a mining/engineering/construction environment.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Recruitment and Onboarding experience.Ability to maintain confidentiality, build relationships, and provide advice.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise.Experience with MYOSH will be advantageous.Must be proficient in MS Office suite.Payroll experience will be advantageous (Wage Easy).Pre-Employment Medicals along with Drug and Alcohol screening and National Police Clearance will be conducted as part of the recruitment process, and you will be subject to ongoing Drug & Alcohol Screening whilst employed.
