Are you passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources?Camco Engineering (Camco) is seeking a suitably experienced Recruitment and HR Administrator to join the energetic and dynamic HR team. This is an integral role that will see you support the HR function and contribute to the team's overall success.
Based in our Perth at our Head Office, south of the river, you will be required to work Monday to Friday. Your role will be to provide direct day-to-day Recruitment and HR administrative support to our fast-paced HR team. Camco is looking for a candidate that will execute sourcing tasks to attract and build a pipeline of specified talent, utilising various sourcing tools and channels.
What will you be doing? Manage internal recruitment systems and provide support to HR Advisors.Managing the recruitment admin and Employment communications.Coordinate pre-employment checks.Calendar management and daily reporting function.Coordinate and conduct employment interviews.Liaise with external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders.Be an active member of the HR and PR teams.Supporting hiring managers in recruitment by conducting phone screening, advising on selection and interviews, reference checking and background checking.Provide broader HR administrative support in actioning variation of contracts, resignation confirmations, statement of service, leave application etc.Maintaining accurate employee records within the ERMS and electronic files.Reporting and monitoring employee's integrity checks, probation and performance reviews.Handling general HR and recruitment/talent enquiries in a timely manner.What are we looking for? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiar with a blue-collar environment.An excellent work ethic and attention to detail.Have excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to handle a high-pressure environment.Confident with deescalating issues and situations.Similar Recruitment and HR Administrative experience.Excellent time management and scheduling skillsConfidence when presenting on behalf of Camco to internal and external stakeholders.The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously, be solutions orientated, employ initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.Forward thinking and problem-solving skills.
