What is our HR Project Officer role?
Join our pilot Talent Attraction group (TAG) and assist with the design, planning, development and delivery of contemporary talent attraction services for the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS). We are working to review and improve the talent attraction tools and practices for a very large and complex organisation on a journey to become the best place to work.
As an HR Project Officer in this team, you will provide administration and project support for TAG projects and initiatives, and provide direct support to NMHS managers for their recruitment related matters. We span from moments of blue ocean problem-solving to focusing on the small print – each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
