We require an HRIS Project Manager to join our HRIS Implementation team whilst we introduce Dayforce as our HRIS system, initially for a 6-month contract.

How you will spend your time You will lead the People Stream of our implementation, including coordination of program activities and resources in partnership with the P&C team Overall management and coordination to gather all HR/People program requirements.
Coordination of People processes, to ensure that the design is accurate You will be accountable for the delivery of key milestones in the People Stream Facilitating Solution Design within the P&C function Partnering with our Test Lead to determine appropriate testing scope Supporting the Program Management Office with other program tasks, as required Liaising with relevant People & Culture stakeholders on BAU Process documentation Guiding project team members, providing status reports, identifying key risks, tracking issues and escalating when appropriate Actively participating in Program Leadership forums and the Steering Committee (as needed) What you will bring Hands-on experience in implementing HRIS solutions with Dayforce.
Workday, SuccessFactors or Lever experience would also be considered.
Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
Strong project management skills, ideally with a certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies to adapt to various project needs.
Strong communication skills that enable effective stakeholder engagement and management at all levels.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues and risks within a project framework.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR data management.
Preferably a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, although this is not required.
Relevant HRIS certifications (e.g., Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous.
