Project Manager – HRIS Implementation Perth, WA Office Based x5 days per week $165,000-$175,000 plus superannuation PSG are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) on an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract.

This role will be pivotal in the successful deployment of our HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across our client's organisation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive the project from initiation to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the HRIS system, ensuring all project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timelines.Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on project progress and any potential roadblocks.Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth system integration.Oversee training and change management processes to ensure successful adoption of the new HRIS system across the organisation.Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimisation post-implementation.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on HRIS implementations (such as Day Force/Workday or similar)Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop, execute, and oversee detailed project plans.Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Relevant qualifications in Project ManagementAbility to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project demands.Experience with HRIS configuration, testing, data migration, and troubleshooting.How to Apply:If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your updated CV to ****** or call me on 08 9254 7012.
