You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and regions, leverage technology platforms like Workday and Jira, and lead the charge in optimising HR processes and services across the organisation. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead People Projects: Manage HR projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. Assess project success through KPIs and continuously improve performance. Utilize tools such as Jira to track project progress, mitigate risks, and manage issues.Collaborative Planning & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with shared services teams, HR leadership, and other stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable projects and ensure HR initiatives succeed.System Enhancements: Stay current with Workday updates and collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to implement system improvements.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery for maximum efficiency.Key Requirements:Proven experience in project management within People & Culture.Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and functions, within a mature and dynamic environment.Familiarity with Workday and HR technology systems.Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across regions.A proactive problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement.If you're ready to take on a leadership role in driving strategic HR initiatives and are passionate about making a lasting impact, we want to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
