About The Role Due to a huge demand for our HRIS, we're rapidly expanding our sales team and we therefore need HR Consultants/product experts to support our sales people. Bring your passion for both HR and software and work with clients to understand their requirements and offer the best software solutions for their businesses. Duties and responsibilities will involve but are not limited to the following:
Manage discovery calls with clients to learn about their requirementsDemo the Martian HRIS to clientsPresent the perfect solution to clientsHelp the sales team with the pricing strategies and proposals they need to create for their clientsLiaise with the product managers, the Sales Manager, and the Sales team to provide the best solution for clientsContribute to the product ideas and the product roadmap via the product management meetingsAbout The Person The ideal person would have between 3 to 10 years working in HR and wants to move into the HR Software industry as a product expert and a consultant. You would use your HR knowledge, HR experience, and love for software to consult clients on if and how our software would best work for them. You would be someone who loves software and HR and gets a kick from solving HR problems with software solutions.
