Job Description Coordinate HR procedures and payroll functions within the teamAssist with processing payrolls using ADP software for approx.
120 staff.Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all HR activities.Offer support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related queriesCoordinate interviews, staff training, and HRIS administration.Issue contracts to new staff and complete their onboarding requirements.Participate in HR-related projects as requiredThe Successful Applicant A successful HR & Payroll Coordinator should have:
Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.Proficiency in ADP software for payroll processing.Understanding of HR laws and regulations.Excellent organisational skills for effective coordinationGood communication skills for assisting employees and collaborating with the teamWhat's on Offer Hourly rate of between $45 - $50 per hour, pending experience.A temporary role with a potential for permanency.Minimum 2-month duration.Opportunity to work in the CBD.Work from home flexibility offered.
