In this flexible, Full-time role, you'll play an integral role in managing HR functions, handling payroll, and supporting our continued growth.
What you'll do: Recruitment & Retention – managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless onboarding process.Employee Relations – management and guidance on all HR-related issues and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.Performance Management – develop and oversee the implementation of the performance appraisal systems, working with managers to set performance goals, provide feedback and identify training and development needs.Compliance and policy development – ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and relevant industrial instruments (awards), developing and updating HR policies and procedures as required.Remuneration and benefits – Manage remuneration and benefits policies, undertaking market research to establish and maintain competitive structures.Reporting and HR System oversight – Implement & maintain HR system.Manage end to end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timely, and compliant with all legislative requirements, including STP submissions, superannuation, and end-of-year processes.About You: To thrive in this exciting role, you'll bring the following attributes:

Your Qualifications: A qualification in Human Resources, with experience in payroll processing.At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, with knowledge of the SCHADS award.Exceptional communication skills, with an approachable and proactive style.Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.Experience managing payroll and HR compliance reporting.Ability to handle complex HR issues and support staff engagement.A willingness to be part of a hands-on, collaborative team.Why Join Us?
