Leading Flight Training Organisation- based at Moorabbin AirportWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team.The RoleReport to HR Business Partner, the role provides essential HR administration and payroll support. As our Payroll and HR administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of payroll processes and supporting HR functions by maintaining payroll accuracy, HRIS management, supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministratorEnsure end-to-end accurate and timely fortnightly payroll processingAddress payroll-related questions and resolve discrepanciesMaintain Payroll records, leave entitlements, and ensure compliance with relevant legislationGenerate payroll reports, leave balance reports, and any other report as neededHR AdministratorUpdating and maintaining employee records and files on the HRIS, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standardsAssist with recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contractsAdminister employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitionsPerform document verifications to ensure compliance with role-specific requirementsPerform any additional HR duties as assignedSupporting HR Manager on review of company policies, position descriptions, and other areas of continuous improvement as identifiedAbout YouMinimum 3 years experience in a similar roleProficiency in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with strong administrative and organisational skillsHigh level of attention to detail in managing and documenting employee dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of payroll processes and superannuation legislationUnderstanding/Interpretation of awards and legislative requirementsAble to prioritise and work autonomously and as a team within the deadlineTertiary qualification in Human Resource Management is desirableCAE offers a dynamic and supportive work culture with a great team environment and opportunity for growth within HR & Payroll.
