• Permanent full-time position | Hybrid/flexible working• Join a collaborative, committed & fun People & Culture team• Contribute to the evolution of BaptistCare's people practicesAbout the opportunity:As a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you are the conduit between the organisation's leadership and core team regarding BaptistCare's Human Resources (HR) & Employment Law matters.Working closely with the HR & Employment Relations Lead, you will develop best practice solutions, strategies, and programs to deliver BaptistCare's strategic and operational workforce objectives.
