What We're Looking For: A proactive and solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and is skilled at leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar field - payroll experience is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and use these insights to improve HR processes and employee experience.A solid understanding of Australian employment law and experience with Enterprise Agreements.Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.A collaborative team player who can juggle multiple priorities, deliver results, and contribute to data-driven HR strategies.Ability to work with HR systems and tools to collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics.
