As an HR Operations Specialist based in Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional HR support for Australia and New Zealand while collaborating with teams across the US, Asia, and EMEA.
This position offers a unique opportunity to elevate your HR career, manage key global projects, and be the go-to expert for HR inquiries within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Be the Go-To HR Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions across a wide range of HR topics.Collaborate Globally: Work with HR teams across the US, Asia, and EMEA, contributing to global projects and HR initiatives that span multiple regions and time zones.Lead Escalation Support: Act as an escalation point for HR Coordinators, offering guidance and resolving complex HR challenges with expertise and confidence.Shape the Employee Experience: Manage employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless, positive experience every step of the way.Drive HR Operational Excellence: Leverage tools like ServiceNow to track and resolve employee issues, identify trends, and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance HR services. What We're Looking For: A proactive and solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and is skilled at leveraging data to drive informed decision-making. 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar field – payroll experience is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and use these insights to improve HR processes and employee experience.A solid understanding of Australian employment law and experience with Enterprise Agreements.Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.A collaborative team player who can juggle multiple priorities, deliver results, and contribute to data-driven HR strategies.Ability to work with HR systems and tools to collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics.
