About the roleAre you looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources? DLGSC is seeking to establish a pool of HR Officers Recruitment and Establishment for ongoing opportunities.
As a HR Officer Recruitment and Establishment, you will work closely with business areas and various stakeholders, across a range of human resources activities including recruitment, selection, and position management. You will be part of a customer service centric team, ensuring effective and timely client support and advice.
We are looking for individuals with the ability to engage and relate to people, creatively think, and problem-solve. If you have great customer service and teamwork experience, we want to hear from you! Experience in the delivery of HR administrative activities and knowledge of HRIMS will be advantageous; however, individuals with an appetite to learn are encouraged to apply.
Open pool recruitmentThis is an open pool recruitment process for full time, part time, fixed term or permanent opportunities. Applicants found suitable for this recruitment pool may also be considered for 'similar' vacancies which arise within DLGSC and the wider public sector. As this is an open pool you can apply at any time and interviews will be conducted on a regular basis.
