This is an on-site role at our Heidelberg West office, which operates five days a week.As a true HR generalist, this will be a hands-on operational role where you will be working across all aspects of day-to-day HR as well as completing transactional administrative components of the HR function.You get to be part of a secure, family-owned company on an exciting journey of growth and transformation!Some Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to end Recruitment including management of Onboarding and InductionManagement of Employee Relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries and capabilityAdvising and supporting managers and employees on HR related queries.Maintain and implement our internal LMS.Assist with the coordination of HR-related Training and Development programs.Collaborate with the HR Team to develop and implement Policies and Procedures.HR administration including preparation of employment contracts, letters, managing HRIS etc.Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision making and strategic planning.Dealing hands-on with general day-to-day HR queries and operations.The Successful CandidateMinimum 2+ years HR generalist with talent acquisition experience.A strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and modern HR/IR policies and processes is highly preferred.A minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline is required.Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Very strong attention to detail skills to ensure that all documentation being issued and created is accurate in its representation.Capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.This role will be subject to a successful National Police Check.Pattersons Insurerbuild encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People to apply.Please visit our website for more information about our company www.insurerbuild.com.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
