We are looking for an HR Officer with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to take initiative to join our People team.
This role is based at our Perth office working a Monday to Friday 40-hour week.
Your accountabilities will be: Manage queries and requests through ServiceNow and WorkdayProcess employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) throughout the Employee Life Cycle, ensuring necessary approvals are obtainedGenerate employment change letters for employees, both within Workday (People system) and outside the systemPrepare employment offers and onboard new hires in WorkdayMaintain organisational and position management in WorkdayCreate reports using Excel and distribute them as neededCultivate professional relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, standardised, accurate, and effective servicesRegularly review Workday data to maintain data validity and complianceArrange relocation assistance for new and existing employeesAbout You Knowledge of People systems such as Workday and ServiceNowQualifications in Human Resources, related discipline, or actively undertaking HR studiesStrong attention to detailStrong administrative & Microsoft office skillsAbility to problem solve – using own initiative to find an outcome and seek out informationStrong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptable – ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environmentCustomer service orientation – outcome driven while maintaining a strong customer focusDesired Qualifications and Experience: An understanding of current employment law legislation and industrial relationsOur Offer To You Flexible Working ArrangementsUp to 18 Weeks Paid Parental Leave for Primary CaregiversFree Access to state-of-the-art Perth building Gym & ClassesAbility to Purchase Additional Annual LeaveCompetitive Salary & Bonus StructuresWe are committed to upholding our Business Values, supporting equal opportunities, gender equality and cultural diversity.
