About The Role This role is part of the St Vincent's Lismore People & Culture team, reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager.
Role In this role you will provide HR support and assistance to the Executive team, Department Heads, Managers and 600+ employees of St Vincent's Lismore.
Your work will cover all HR functional areas and HR coordination including:
Recruitment and onboardingTraining coordinationEmployee Relations/Industrial RelationsSafety and ComplianceRewards and RecognitionHR information and Pay/RosteringWorkers Compensation and injury managementCulture and wellbeingWe have permanent full-time and part-time opportunities available as part of the People and Culture team at St Vincent's Lismore campus.
