What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced hands on operational HR officer with great interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for people and delivering best in class HR support to our organisation. This is an on-site role at our Heidelberg West office, which operates five days a week.
As a true HR generalist, this will be a hands on operational role where you will be working across all aspects of day to day HR as well as completing transactional administrative components of the HR function.

Some Key Responsibilities End to end Recruitment including management of Onboarding and InductionManagement of Employee Relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries and capability Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR related queries.Maintain and implement our internal LMS. Assist with the coordination of HR-related Training and Development programs.Collaborate with the HR Team to develop and implement Policies and Procedures.HR administration including preparation of employment contracts, letters, managing HRIS etc.Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision making and strategic planning.Dealing hands on with general day to day HR queries and operations.The Successful Candidate Minimum 2+ years HR generalist with talent acquisition experience.A strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and modern HR/IR policies and processes is highly preferred.A minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline is required.Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Very strong attention to detail skills to ensure that all documentation being issued and created is accurate in its representation.Capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen This role will be subject to a successful National Police Check.
