Role Overview: As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and supporting the workforce. You will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring that employees thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on performance management.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and industry standards.Organise training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.Assist in payroll queries and benefits administration.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a call centre or technology industry.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.What We Offer:
