They play a pivotal role in reducing carbon footprints and promoting a greener, more sustainable future for communities and businesses.About your new jobIn light of this major period of growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join this new and rapidly growing company.Recruitment – Assist in developing job descriptions, and specifications, posting of job advertisements, conducting initial screening etc.Employee Relations – Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures, support in conflict resolution and provide guidance where needed.Performance management – Assist with the development and implementation of appraisals, support managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback and conducting evaluations, exit interviews etc.HR Administration - Maintain HR records in ELMO (HRIS) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR Reports and metrics for management reviews.
