Due to growth, we're currently seeking a HR Officer to join their team.
Within this role you will assist the business with recruitment and retention strategy, compliance, performance and wellbeing initiatives.
This role offers opportunity for genuine growth and development.
The role: Manage employee files for compliance requirements Assist with implementation of HR projects and initiatives arising from strategic planning and process improvement Provide service and advice to internal customers on a range of people related matters including employment contracts, performance and wellbeing initiatives.
Manage workers compensation and return to work requirements What we're looking for: Relevant degree qualifications and/or equivalent experience Relevant experience in human resources or people & culture functions including recruitment and selection and HR administration Computer skills in database systems and the Microsoft Office suite (spreadsheeting, word processing).
