Job Responsibilities- Headhunt and scout top talent for the company's job openings- Create job descriptions- Advertise jobs on various job boards/sites- Maintain HRM & Applicant Tracking System- Create relevant interview questions and skills tests- Shortlist candidates based on consistent methods and/or scoring system- Interview candidates, check references, and confirm qualifications of top candidates- Make recommendations to management of the best candidates- Sign job contracts/NDA with new hires- Set up Hubstaff and work-related logins- Gather, organize, and distribute training material- Maintain job requirements and core competencies of all positions- Monitor activity and performance management- Address any performance issues- Create monthly performance reports- Create monthly payment schedules- Create and send termination notices- Create employee handbook- Assist hiring manager with travel planning to visit Philippines multiple times per yearSkills Required- At least 3 years of prior experience in talent location and recruitment, sourcing, and screening- Passion for recruitment and human resources- Excellent people and time management skills- Open to direction and collaborative work style with a commitment to high standards- Ability to contribute to issues of importance and the company's continuous improvement ethos- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail- Ability to examine situations from different perspectives- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality as required- Excellent written and spoken English- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PH)- Experience working with IT companies/staff- An outgoing and friendly disposition- A reliable work environment with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and powerPersonal Characteristics- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills- Participative management style — advocates team concept- Well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful and mature- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while recognizing and supporting the organization's preferences and priorities- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and non-verbal; ability to train others- Results-oriented with the ability to balance various factors- Great interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skillsExperience Required- Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant) Experience- Human Resource Management Experience- Recruitment Assistant ExperienceSalary: Paid monthly including SSS & PhilHealth
