About the role We're on the hunt for an HR superstar to reinforce their culture and support their amazing people.
Their people are their top priority.
They have 50+ staff, have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, and they're showing no signs of slowing down – it's time for them to increase their HR capacity in this job-shared role.
Responsibilities include: Executing the implementation of people and culture strategies and initiatives that align with clients' business strategy;Develop, maintain and role model a culture that supports open and respectful communication, trust, clear expectations, respect and accountability;Guide the leadership team in taking a supportive and consultative approach to leadership and to build psychological safety in the workplace;Lead initiatives to develop an empowering workplace through effective performance management and feedback, coaching and support;Manage employee performance and salary review process;Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the Director;Be an active participant in industry-related conferences and educational opportunities and grow industry networks on a professional level;Assist with full-cycle recruiting as required;Act as the main contact for People & HR related matters;Partner with the leadership team to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention;Provide timely and sound HR advice and guidance across the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, engaging and managing staff, performance improvement, performance management, disciplinary processes, and formal complaints and grievances;Provide support and leadership and build capability through coaching, mentoring and supporting managers with performance management;Manage the onboarding and exiting process for employees, including contracts and relevant documents;HR Specific Training and Leadership Development Activities, Coaching or Training Programs.RequirementsAbout you You're someone who will live and breathe the values that we all share, is excited to be part of our journey and committed to making a difference.

You are passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive environment;You have at least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment;You have excellent communication skills, especially in person;You are motivated to stay up to date with the latest legal requirements and industry trends;Proven experience in supporting and implementing sustainable HR systems and processes.What we offer
