We don't want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplifying the process for our patients.
Due to our recent growth in the full-time team, we're looking to hire an experienced HR Manager! Based in our Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment/HR and collaborating closely with the leadership team to help create and implement HR processes across the organisation.
(Please note: the role requires at least 3-5 years of relevant experience - you should be able to teach us what we're not doing, but should be, in the interview!)
Position: HR Manager About the Role: As a HR Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our full-time team, supporting the phenomenal workplace culture. As a fast growing start-up, the majority of tasks performed by the HR function need to be built out, for the first time.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Work with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation of employees.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain pay plan and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management function.What we're looking for: Someone who can help us build out the HR function of the business, from (virtually) scratch.A seasoned operator who can teach us what we should/shouldn't be doing, based on their past work experience.Proven working experience as an HR Manager.People-oriented and results-driven.Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Degree in Human Resources or related field.A passion for medical cannabis!-----------
