The role of HR Manager works across all levels of the organisation, providing an informed, professional and efficient service on all aspects of Human Resource Management. This includes partnering with senior staff to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions across the employment lifecycle.The HR Manager ensures that the delivery of HR services and initiatives is closely aligned with BlastOne's vision and goals.The position reports initially to the VP APAC and is a member of the local leadership team.
