Salt search is partnering with a well-established marketing agency/ global retail company (300FTE) to recruit a HR person who has worked across marketing stakeholders in a global organisation. We are urgently recruiting for a HRBP wanting to take their next step or a HR manager who is looking to make an impact to add value with their skillset.
About the Role: You will lead a small team where you will coach and develop, and be involved with projects and operations. This is a role where you can partner with your senior stakeholders and make a difference.
In this role, you will: Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters.Be hands-on with operations.Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process.Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework.Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.Develop and manage training and L&D programs.Coach and develop staff and stakeholders to foster growth and alignment with company goals.Key Criteria: Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role with a background in managing diverse ER matters.Experience working with creative stakeholders and understanding of digital marketing.A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations.Deep understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people.Based in Sydney and offering free parking spaces. The expectation is to be in the office 4 days a week / 1 day at home.
Salary: $150k - $160k + Super.
