YOUR NEW ROLE This isn't just another HR role – this is a newly created opportunity where you will be at the heart of improving your new employer's HR function. Be the go-to for streamlining processes, rolling out essential training, and contributing to an already safe and productive workplace for a dedicated team.
Lead improvements in processes and systems, making the HR function scalable, efficient, and impactful. From onboarding to ongoing development, create training that keeps the team sharp, skilled, and growing. Manage recruitment across the business to find the right fit for their team and ensure new hires feel welcomed from day one with the development of onboarding processes. Keep your team safe by overseeing safety protocols and coordinating compliance efforts alongside senior management. Handle performance reviews and job descriptions, ensuring everyone knows where they stand and how they can grow. YOU... You are a HR dynamo who loves building from the ground up, ideally with experience in a field-based or technical setting. You are process-driven, organized, and have a knack for making HR accessible and impactful.
