Job descriptions for all positions listed in the organizational structures.
Employee performance evaluation system and reporting to company management.
Policy and procedure manuals for the Human Resources Department.
A copy of the estimated budgets for all company departments.
Wage, salary, incentive, benefit, and compensation system; payroll processing and budget review of wages.
Social and medical insurance system.
Disciplinary regulations and administrative decisions from the Board of Directors, and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations in all company departments.
Recruitment plan and job advertisement dissemination within the company.
Employee training plan and skill development through training programs.
Identifying external entities the department interacts with.
Establishing a communication link between the company management and its employees, and resolving conflicts between them.
Supervising interviews of candidates for acceptance into the company.
Supporting and motivating employees for development and performance improvement.
Developing and directing administrative strategies and services in the company.
Supervising the acceptance or rejection of leave and vacation requests.
Monitoring the Human Resources Department's operations.
Developing daily activity goals.
Preparing required periodic reports for senior management.
Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in human resources management, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Previous experience in a managerial role is highly advantageous.Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including labor laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.Understanding of performance management systems and employee development strategies.Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.Attributes: Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.Strong ethical standards and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
