What will you be doing?As HR Manager, you'll be an influential leader within our People & Culture team, steering key functions including employee relations, performance frameworks, and workplace safety initiatives.
Your expertise in HR analytics, systems administration, and employee support will be essential as you champion our workplace culture and ensure regulatory excellence.
As a HR Manager, you will: Guide leaders on HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.Coach leaders through employee performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes, ensuring legal compliance in all outcomes.Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment contracts, workplace safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Lead WHS initiatives across global operations (UK & Canada), including audits and inspections, to meet legislative and company requirements.Deliver strategic workforce analytics and reporting to support executive decision-making and board updates.Optimize HR Services through metrics tracking, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.What you'll bring to this role:5+ years' senior HR experience, with emphasis on fast-paced, growth environmentsDeep knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and current industry trendsOutstanding stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build trust at all levelsDemonstrated success in HR policy and program implementationStrong track record in leading organizational change initiativesAdvanced data analysis capabilitiesOur Ways of Working:We believe in fostering a healthy work-life balance.
Our Brisbane-based hybrid model offers the best of both worlds—collaboration and connection in our office (3 days per week) and the flexibility of working from home (2 days per week).
We also embrace flexible working hours with core collaboration times from 10 am to 2 pm, allowing you to structure your day around your commitments and preferences.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)
