Job DescriptionAs an HR Manager at Gameloft Brisbane, you'll join a team dedicated to helping our games teams create amazing products for our community.
As part of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the Studio Manager and peers, providing expert advice and support across all HR-related areas.
Your duties as HR Manager will include among others: Work with the Leadership team to set goals, create people management strategies, and boost team engagement.Give HR advice on company policies, performance, benefits and evolutions.Attend workshops and monthly HR meetings with HQ and the SEA team to discuss HR plans and policy updates.Manage the Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Business Partner of the studio.Promote learning and development across the studio and encourage a culture of continuous growth.Help build the Gameloft brand by working with education partners and improving the Employee Value Proposition.Oversee HR projects like health initiatives and company events, with support from a Communication Specialist.Collaborate with industry partners like IGEA and Screen QLD.Support and encourage a positive and open company culture.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have strategic thinking mindset, great communication skills, be able to build trustful relationships.
