Responsibilities include: Interpreting relevant industrial instruments and legislation to provide effective IR service and advice to line management.Interact, approach and provide effective HR/IR services as required to all operational employees within the three sites.Negotiate the Site Enterprise Agreements.Mentor and coach line managers in relation to performance management issues, site engagement, relevant training.Responsible to run and operate all recruitment end-to-end.About you: You understand the value in being based at the manufacturing site and ensuring all staff are engaged and aligned on process'Proven HR experience showcasing leadership, conflict resolution, influential charm, relationship building fines with at least 3-5 years experiencePrior exposure to either FMCG, a fast paced environment and/or a blue collar workforce preferableSound experience with IR/AR and EBA negotiationsOur story: Ours is a STORY of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds' No. 1 dairy company.
