What You'll Do: Manage and resolve disciplinary issues with a fair and balanced approach. Develop and implement policies that align with best practices in industrial relations. Oversee and manage HR Advisors nationwide, with occasional travel to various sites as required. Handle complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues. Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and make recommendations for action. Collaborate with leadership to drive HR strategies and improve workplace culture. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role with a strong focus on disciplinary and industrial relations. Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Experience in FMCG is advantageous.
