We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team and lead key HR initiatives that support our mission, values, and strategic goals.Position Summary:As the HR Specialist, you will oversee all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
This role is pivotal in shaping a supportive, high-performing workplace culture and ensuring the development and engagement of our team.
MVSI is a global organisation with a presence on every continent.To be considered for this role, we require a candidate who has recent experience with USA and/or UK labour laws within the past 2 years as a minimum.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract top talent.Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.Oversee performance management and provide guidance on employee relations issues.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that encourages growth and engagement.Requirements:Previous experience in dealing with UK and/or USA labour laws.At least 2 years experience working in an international company based in USA, Europe, or Asia Pacific.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar leadership role.Experience in compliance and performance management.Hands-on experience working in a small, fast-paced organisation autonomously.Process design implementation and enforcement.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance in a global organisation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Experience with HRIS and talent management systems is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.
