About YouWe're looking for an ambitious leader to join us as an HR Manager.
You will report to the Executive Vice President, HR at Aurora Cannabis in Canada and work closely with the Managing Director and local leadership team at MedReleaf Australia (MRA).
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR integration of Aurora Cannabis and MRA, updating and embedding HR policies and practices.Assist in the cultural integration between Aurora and MRA, helping leaders and employees navigate through change management.Provide direction and coaching to local leaders regarding employment-related issues.Ensure policies and programs comply with local regulations.Facilitate the delivery of HR programs and processes.Coach and support local leaders on leadership, talent, performance, and change management.Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions.Guide and support on employee relations matters.Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in HR strategies.Partner with key stakeholders within and outside of the team.Collaborate with the broader HR team to support employee engagement initiatives.Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging HR technologies.Qualifications6-8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.Proven experience supporting large change initiatives.In-depth knowledge of Australian and New Zealand HR practices and employment laws.What We OfferCompetitive compensation: lucrative base salary + super + annual bonus when applicable.Flexible work environment: hybrid structure with flexible work schedules.Professional development opportunities: conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.Vibrant culture: team events + celebrations.Collaborative office space: modern technology + free snacks and beverages.Next StepsReady to grow with our team?
