Total Metering Services Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and ambitious HR/HSEQ Administrator to join our high-performing HR and Compliance team on the Gold Coast. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone eager to take the next step in their administrative career, with a strong focus on developing skills in Human Resources Management and Safety & Compliance.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, the HR/HSEQ Administrator will support the team in various HR and compliance functions, offering a hands-on learning experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about professional growth and developing expertise in HR and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and employee records.Provide administrative support for health, safety, and compliance activities.Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for HR and HSEQ records.Support in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.Assist in incident reporting and follow-up actions related to safety and compliance.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on HR and HSEQ matters.Key Skills & Attributes: Strong desire to learn and grow within HR and HSEQ fields.Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in Google Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.Exposure to HR or HSEQ practices will be highly regarded, but not essential.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.What's On Offer: A supportive and dynamic work environment.Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.Immediate start for the right candidate.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and are committed to growing within a supportive team, we encourage you to apply.
